We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Administrator / Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to supporting dealership operations with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain automotive/RV title paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Assist with dealership sales administration and office support
- Review and organize sales documentation for completeness and compliance
- Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems
- Coordinate with internal departments and outside agencies as needed
- Support daily dealership operations with additional administrative duties including greeting customers and answering the phone

Requirements
- Experience with automotive or RV title processing preferred

On-site work only
$50,000-$75,000/ yearly, based on experience
