SALES ADVISOR
034Motorsport, a leading automotive aftermarket company, is currently seeking to hire a Sales Advisor for our Fremont, CA location. The following position is to be located in Fremont, CA, and is for full-time, on-location employment only.
Job Description:
- Manage inbound leads: Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via email and chat, ensuring all inquiries are responded to within a specified time.
- Answer product questions: Serve as a subject-matter expert on 034Motorsport products/services, helping customers understand features, use cases, pricing, and how offerings fit their specific needs.
- Interact and engage potential customers on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram; engage with the community online to build rapport and trust to advise members on tuning upgrades for their vehicles
- Provide recommendations: Listen to customer needs and recommend the right product, package, or solution, prioritizing fit over upsell.
- Prepare and send quotes: Build accurate, timely quotes or proposals tailored to each customer's requirements through our e-commerce and ERP systems.
- Facilitate the purchase: Guide customers through the buying process end-to-end, removing friction and promptly answering any final questions that stand between interest and purchase.
- Maintain product expertise: Stay current on product updates, pricing changes, and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Strong Familiarity with Audi, Volkswagen, and BMW vehicles & the automotive aftermarket modification culture.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing sales, sales support, or customer success role a plus.
- Preferably in the automotive industry, not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or detailed product information in a clear, approachable way.
