Your Schedule & Location

• Full-Time | 40 hrs/week; Friday–Tuesday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Guitar Center at: 6587 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas NV 89119

• Represent Roland with passion and professionalism at every interaction.
• Showcase cutting-edge gear through hands-on demos that inspire customers.

• Build brand loyalty by creating unforgettable in-store experiences.
• Train store associates to become Roland advocates.
• Partner with store management to hit goals and overcome challenges.
• Share insights on product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
• Keep displays looking sharp and aligned with Roland’s premium standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–3 years in sales, retail, or musical instruments.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking, a must!
• Music Background: Musician, producer, DJ, or sound engineer with gear knowledge.
• People Skills: Strong communication and ability to motivate others.
• Tech Ready: Access to high-speed internet and smart device for reporting.
• Passion: A love for music and creating memorable customer experiences.
