We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Advocate to join our Cricket Wireless retail team. If you enjoy helping people, meeting sales goals, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Sell Cricket Wireless phones, accessories, and wireless service plans.
• Assist customers with activations, upgrades, bill payments, and troubleshooting.
• Educate customers on the latest devices, promotions, and products.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
