Sales Advocate - Wireless Retail
The Sales Advocate - Wireless Retail will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
- Selling wireless products and services to customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Assisting customers with product and service inquiries
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and products
- Performing inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
