The Nube Barraza Farmers Insurance Agency in Grand Prairie is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on selling insurance products and building lasting client relationships.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sell Farmers Personal Lines and Business Lines insurance policies.
• Maintain a full-time office schedule (MondayFriday, 9 AM6 PM).
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with bonus opportunities for high performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Accurately document and track sales performance in agency systems.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented office environment.
• Goal-driven and able to thrive under performance metrics.
