Sales Agronomist

Sales Agronomist Opportunity

I’m working with a well-established seed company looking to add a Sales Agronomist to their team.

Base Salary: $60K–$110K, depending on experience

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of agronomy while also working directly with dealers, growers, and sales teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plot setup, field trials, and product evaluation

• Seed selection, product placement, and positioning

• Evaluating local product performance

• Troubleshooting agronomic and crop performance issues

• Supporting Account Managers, dealers, and growers

• Providing technical training and product education

• Helping drive sales through strong agronomic recommendations

We’re looking for someone with experience in agronomy, seed, crop protection, or agricultural sales who understands how to select and position products based on local growing conditions.

This is a hands-on, field-focused opportunity that combines agronomic expertise, relationship building, and sales support.
