Sales Agronomist

With a growing presence in domestic and international markets, we are on the hunt for a talented and dedicated Sales Agronomist to join our team in the Central California Region. In particular, to focus on the support and promotion of BioGro's industry-leading offering of humic-acid based formulations. The Role:Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will use your industry knowledge and customer service skills to uncover crop nutrition challenges faced by our clients and present appropriate solutions, incorporating the Bio-Gro product offering into a complete fertility program.On an ongoing basis, you will:Manage your time & territory Develop and maintain strong working relationships with farm and retail clientsWork with Bio-Gro's technical team to understand crop-specific challenges and present appropriate solutionsService & support existing customers while also seeking-out new, mutually beneficial business relationshipsExecute sales strategies to meet & exceed sales goalsOperate within company systems for forecasting, budgeting, and inventory managementGrow your knowledge of crop production and agronomic issues within the regionYou might be a great fit for this role if you have 5+ years of sales experience, strong working knowledge of Central California agriculture, well-developed interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed as part of a team.Bio-Gro, Inc. offers a competitive base salary, commission & growth incentive plan, healthcare, and 401k contribution plan.Job offer is contingent upon a successful background check, drug screen, and proof of eligibility for employment in the united states.
