AI & Agent Tooling: Hands-on experience with Agent-as-a-Service platforms (e.g., 11x, Regie.ai, Lyzr) or building custom agents using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
Sales Technology Expertise: Strong proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot, engagement platforms like Salesloft or Outreach, and data providers such as ZoomInfo or 6sense.
Analytical Skills: Ability to design and execute A/B tests on agent prompts and reasoning workflows to optimize meeting conversion rates.
Autonomous Lead Qualification: Develop AI agents that evaluate inbound leads by analyzing external data sources and internal CRM history to determine alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Inbox Management & Objection Handling: Deploy LLM-powered agents (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude) to interpret inbound communications, classify intent, and generate context-aware responses to address common objections.
Live Sales Assistant (RAG): Build and maintain a Sales Knowledge Base using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enabling agents to reference case studies, pricing, and competitive insights during real-time interactions.
CRM Data Integrity: Ensure all agent-driven interactions are accurately captured and written back to Salesforce or HubSpot, maintaining clean data and reliable attribution without manual input.
The Sales AI Agent Builder will design, implement, and manage a fleet of autonomous sales agents capable of executing end-to-end prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling. This role goes beyond traditional Sales Operations by building intelligent systems that research prospects, respond to objections, and manage communications independently to deliver qualified meetings to Sales Engineers.
