Sales Ambassador

The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with JACK & JONES to find qualified candidates for a Brand Ambassador position in Staten Island, NY. JACK & JONES is a fashion brand offering contemporary clothing and accessories for men and women, combining modern style, quality, and accessible fashion. The brand focuses on creating an enjoyable and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Position Overview:

The Brand Ambassador provides exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations. This role engages with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and create a welcoming shopping experience. Brand Ambassadors also support visual merchandising, maintain an organized sales environment, and represent the JACK & JONES brand with a professional and positive attitude. The role contributes to store sales goals through customer engagement, product knowledge, and teamwork.

 

This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Support daily store operations to ensure the sales floor is organized and customer-ready.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and present products in an appealing manner.
• Assist in achieving store sales goals through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Represent the JACK & JONES brand with a professional, positive, and fashion-forward attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment.
• Assist with additional store tasks and responsibilities as needed to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related work experience required.
• Previous experience in a similar retail or customer service role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive customer relationships and work collaboratively with a team.
• Must be sales-oriented and results-driven mindset with an interest in fashion and visual merchandising.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and willingness to learn.

Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
