Sales Analyst Hybrid | Countryside, IL
LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the Countryside area to hire a Sales Analyst on a contract to hire OR direct hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys supporting sales teams through reporting, analysis, and process improvement.

Location: Countryside, IL
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $32$35/hour

Position Overview
The Sales Analyst will support business operations by analyzing sales data, generating reports, and assisting with administrative and project-based initiatives. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using Excel
Partner with sales and leadership teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making
Assist with forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales performance reporting
Support administrative functions including data entry, documentation, and process tracking
Coordinate and support cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Attend trade shows twice per year
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting)
Experience creating reports and dashboards for business or sales teams
Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
