In order to strengthen our Sales team we are looking to hire a Sales Analyst, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
In this role you will be responsible for driving business performance through data analysis, reporting, dealer bonus management, KPI monitoring, and data governance activities. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with advanced analytical capabilities and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The successful candidate will possess an exceptional ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide recommendations that enhance dealer performance and sales effectiveness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In order to succeed in this challenging role Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Masters degree is considered a plus. 2-5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related field. Experience working in analytics department in automotive industry is a plus.
The following skills are required to perform the role: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling, and complex analytical tools. Proficiency in Power BI and business intelligence reporting. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions. Experience managing large datasets and ensuring data quality. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with SQL and data management tools is considered a plus.
