Clemens Food Group is looking for a Sales Analyst I to provide reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to our Customer Solutions team and business leaders. In this highly visible role, you'll go beyond producing reports. You'll use data and business acumen to identify opportunities, improve performance, and help teams make better decisions.

You'll partner across the organization, gain exposure to senior leadership, and contribute to initiatives with measurable business impact. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring and ad hoc sales reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate and improve sales reporting processes to increase efficiency and better meet business needs.
• Review weekly sales P&L results and help stakeholders understand variances to plan.
• Provide insights and recommendations that support profit and margin improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on business initiatives, special projects, and performance improvement efforts.
• Lead post-mortem analysis for promotions and new product development and present findings to leadership.
• Support and manage the annual sales budgeting process from initial submissions through final presentation to senior management.
• Train and coach internal customers on reporting, budgeting, and analytical tools.
• Document procedures and develop SOPs that support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; Microsoft Access proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across disciplines and levels of experience.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment where change and growth are part of the culture.
