Position Summary
The Sales Analyst III will support and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales administration function, ensuring the sales organization is effectively supported and that sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively. This role will oversee complex sales administration activities, drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners, and support operational excellence across sales-related functions. Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily sales administration activities to ensure operational effectiveness and achievement of business objectives.
Plan, prioritize, and schedule workload to maximize resource utilization and ensure service level expectations are met.
Monitor sales administration processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment of sales support activities with current and future business needs.
Review and oversee complex sales transactions and orders to maintain customer satisfaction and operational compliance.
Analyze sales-related data, trends, and operational metrics to support business decision-making.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to sales administration personnel and stakeholders as needed.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of sales operations processes and reporting.
Required Experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales administration, business analysis, or a related field.
Experience supporting sales organizations within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Proven ability to manage complex processes, prioritize competing responsibilities, and drive operational improvements.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering across multiple business functions.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a large corporate or healthcare/life sciences environment.

Education
Associate's Degree required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
