Sales Analyst III – Sales Operations / Commercial Operations

Pay: $59–$63/hour
Experience: 7+ years
Education: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Analyst III to support sales and commercial operations within a fast-paced, complex corporate environment. This position will play a key role in supporting the sales organization through sales administration, reporting and analysis, order management, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Operations or Commercial Operations, advanced Excel/reporting skills, and experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other business teams. Experience within medical device, diagnostics, healthcare, life sciences, or another large corporate environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day sales administration and sales operations activities.
• Analyze sales data, operational metrics, trends, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Support complex sales transactions, order management, and sales administration processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve issues and support business needs.
• Monitor sales operations processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Assist with sales, revenue, demand, forecasting, and operational reporting as needed.
• Prioritize and coordinate competing activities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Develop and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.
• Communicate operational findings, issues, and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the commercial organization.
• Provide guidance and support to sales administration personnel and business partners as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Administration, Business Operations, Sales Planning, or a related function.
• Experience directly supporting a sales or commercial organization.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with sales administration, order management, sales reporting, or commercial processes.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex processes.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sales forecasting, revenue analysis, demand planning, or sales planning.
• Experience within diagnostics, medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Experience working within a large, complex corporate organization.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, order management, or sales management systems.
• Experience leading projects, improving commercial workflows, or mentoring team members.
