Sales Analyst
Location: On Site in North Royalton, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $70,000-$80,000

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Analyst:
- Analyze sales performance data, trends, and key metrics to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for sales leadership.
- Monitor pipeline activity, revenue performance, and forecast accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency across systems.
Qualifications for the Sales Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, sales operations, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
