Job Responsibilities:

Your main Responsibilities

As an Advanced Account Associate, you will be responsible for the sales tool GSD with data control and updates on responsible Customers by request from Sales to present an accurate and confident Magna sales forecast as well as the market status by working closely with Sales:

  • Vehicle Volume input/control in comparison to IHS
  • Price control (vs ERP)
  • Product maintenance (Take Rate%, Product type)
  • LTA control (vs LTA plan), follow-up
  • Sourcing opportunity update
  • Consistency between GSD, MPM, Ironclad and other tools
  • Competitor, Market update

Additional Responsibilities:

  • MPM process support: registrations, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, approval follow-up, etc.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
  • Support responsible Sales Team to enhance their reporting and data processing.
  • Provide sales key indicators and analysis for his/her reports and/or meetings (Monthly Report, GSD Freeze Review, etc.)
  • Attend regular sales meetings to support preparation and derive actions

Who we are looking for

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analysis or a related field

Experience

  • 3+ years in automotive industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools
  • Advanced analytical skills and strong command of Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple functions and teams
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools

Your preferred qualifications

  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Experience working in a global and matrixed environment
  • Self-motivated, ability to initiate activity
  • Ability to keep up with an environment with agility and changes
  • Strong numerical aptitude: skilled in data reporting and visualization, with a solid understanding of financial controlling principles
