About the Role: As our Restaurant Marketing Director, you’ll be the heartbeat of our community presence. You’ll represent Chick-fil-A both inside the restaurant and across Jacksonville and surrounding cities. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on building relationships and making things happen.
What You’ll Do:
• Be the public face of Chick-fil-A Jacksonville — networking with the Chamber of Commerce, local leaders, schools, hospitals, and businesses
• Plan and host fun in-store events like Father-Daughter and Mother-Son date nights, kids’ craft nights, and family activities
• Manage our famous Chick-fil-A Cows for community appearances and in-store events
• Run our mobile food trailer — taking Chick-fil-A into new communities and events
• Lead our award-winning Leader Academy program, partnering with local middle and high schools to develop the next generation of leaders
