CED/Columbia Electric Supply Sales and Business Leadership TraineeNow Hiring Across 17+ Locations Across the Pacific NorthwestFor candidates who are energetic self-starters, the Sales and Business Leadership Training Program is a comprehensive, 24‑month rotational development program designed to build the next generation of leaders. This highly structured experience prepares individuals for long-term success, with the ultimate goal of becoming a top B2B sales leader or running your own business within CED.Throughout the program, trainees gain hands‑on exposure to all facets of the industrial automation industry, including IT/Networking, Cybersecurity, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Solar & Sustainability, and more—developing both technical foundation and business acumen.This challenging, multi‑phase rotational program requires a strong commitment and offers immersive experience across key areas of the business, including Electrical and Automation Fundamentals, Warehouse Operations, Supplier Product Training, Customer Inventory Management, B2B Sales & Relationship Development, Corporate Administration, IT Systems, and Quality Assurance.Development is driven through a combination of real‑world, on‑the‑job experience and formal classroom training, supported by mentorship from experienced leaders.
