QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate easily via email and phone.
  • Computer skills including typing and navigation and ability to learn new software.
  • Basic branding and apparel knowledge helpful but not required.
  • Two or more years of sales and customer service experience required.
  • Possess a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with new or potential customers
  • High level detail oriented.
  • Professional in appearance and communication.
  • Self-motivated and self-managed.
  • Willing and able to help in other areas as needed, including in production.
  • Instances may occur that require lifting boxes up to 45lbs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working with clients to understand their goals and help them build programs, including web stores, campaigns, fulfillment and packaging.
  • Research and source products, offering suggestions, solutions or recommendations to achieve objectives.
  • Establishing expectations in areas of complexity or obstacles to minimize errors or misconceptions.
  • Building price quotes and sales presentations.
  • Converting complex details into a production friendly order translating expectations into executable instructions.
  • Monitoring and guiding projects through every stage by working across departments to proactively mitigate setbacks and ensure on-time execution and delivery.

  • Building and growing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Creating opportunities to re-connect, up-sell and/or offer new product ideas.
  • Networking, attending trade shows, connecting with potential clients.
  • Answering phones, greeting walk-ins, taking payments, helping customers with picking up orders, calling for couriers, etc.

Hyder Graphics is a family-owned and operated custom promotional product production company (say that fast 5 times!) who specializes in in-house apparel decoration and promotional branded merchandise solutions for big and small organizations.

The Hyders started HG as newlyweds with love for storytelling and a passion for the print.
20 years have passed but the passion for the work continues. Over those years we’ve had the honor of doing some cool projects! If you’ve been to a local major league game, brewery, university, concert, marathon or non-profit gala you’ve probably seen an HG fingerprint drift through the crowd. You might even have one in your closet - who knows.

We ARE a small but mighty community of 22-25 team members, most with tenures of 6-16 years. We don’t often have opportunity to bring in new team members in this role, but a desk is opening soon, and we are excited to meet the newest member and discover what we can do together!
