We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Rep to join our team in Fairport, NY. In this role, our Reps play a unique consultative role, helping customers identify and implement customized solutions to their scheduling, tracking, and communication needs. Because we design and manufacture the products we sell, we have the flexibility to tailor solutions to each customer’s specific application.
Rather than simply taking orders, representatives act as application consultants—asking the right questions, understanding each customer’s needs, and guiding them toward the system that best meets their requirements. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
All leads are generated through our marketing efforts, so representatives work exclusively with inbound inquiries and do not make cold calls or pursue cold leads. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to provide expert guidance and develop a long-term solution that delivers lasting value.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers over the phone, email, and chat, providing expert product recommendations and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on leads, and guide customers through the ordering process.
- Process orders accurately across multiple channels (website, phone, email, mail, fax).
- Track customer interactions in our CRM and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Build relationships by following up on inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the team to recommend process improvements and contribute to service innovations.
Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of customer service preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
