Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Administrative Support Representative.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, enjoys working with people, stays calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
• Build strong relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
• Follow company procedures and ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
• Support other office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Work closely with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Huge plus if you have experience in the motorcycle industry.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
