This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to drive profitable growth aligned with company objectives. As a member of the management team, the position develops and executes sales strategy, strengthens customer relationships, and ensures market opportunities are effectively translated into operational and engineering execution. The role requires strong technical acumen, analytical capability, and cross-functional leadership to align commercial strategy with manufacturing capabilities, optimize product quality and productivity, and support long-term business growth.
