Majestic Inn and Spa is seeking an organized, guest-focused Event Sales Manager to support weddings, group events, and special occasions at our boutique waterfront property in downtown Anacortes. This role combines event sales, coordination, and on-site execution support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What you’ll do - Respond to event and group inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property tours and help convert leads into booked events.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, timelines, and event details with accuracy.
- Work closely with clients to understand expectations and ensure a smooth experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support event setup, execution, and follow-up.
- Assist with sales lead follow-up and relationship-building to encourage repeat business.
- Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for - 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality sales, or related guest service work.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Comfort working some weekends and evenings based on event needs.
- A team-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences.
