Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans to support customer demand and business objectives.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and replenishment needs to optimize product availability.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Set up and maintain customer portals while ensuring retail compliance requirements are met.
  • Investigate deductions, chargebacks, and pricing discrepancies to improve profitability.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to support business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Inventory Planning, Forecasting, or a related analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, food & beverage, or consumer products industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools preferred.
  • Experience with syndicated data platforms such as Nielsen, Circana (IRI), Scintilla, Stackline, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with retailer portals and retail compliance systems.
  • Experience analyzing deductions, chargebacks, and profitability reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Torrance, CA.

Compensation

Base Salary: $71,000–$90,000, depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a competitive benefits package.
