SALES AND LEASING CONSULTANTThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Global Auto Mall, located in North Plainfield, NJ.As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive purchasing and leasing needs. You will provide exceptional customer service, conduct vehicle demonstrations, facilitate test drives, negotiate and close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. QualificationsPrior experience in automotive sales or customer service is a PlusKnowledge of the automotive industry and an understanding of vehicle features and technologyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with customersExcellent negotiation and closing skillsSelf-motivated and driven to achieve sales targetsProficiency in using computer-based tools, including CRM softwareValid driver's license and a clean driving recordAbility to work weekends and eveningsHigh school diploma or equivalent Additional Qualifications (preferred)Experience with Jeep, Genesis, Kia and Hyundai vehiclesExperience with leasing and financing processesFluency in multiple languages BenefitsCompetitive payHealth/Dental/Vision Benefits401kVacation and Paid Time Off
