Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales Consultants and Marketing Team with day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to blend sales support with hands-on marketing and event coordination. As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our homes market-ready, boosting our social media presence, and ensuring our events run smoothly—all while directly supporting our consultants in delivering a world-class buyer experience.Responsibilities Tour homes regularly to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and identify repair needsPrepare homes for open houses, community events, and private toursAssist the Sales Consultant with scheduling, client preparation, and daily admin tasksMarketing & Social Media Capture and edit short-form social media videos and photos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokSupport overall marketing efforts, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and showcasing available homesHelp coordinate social media campaigns with the Marketing TeamEvent Support Assist in planning and executing open houses, realtor luncheons, community events, and buyer appreciation activitiesCoordinate catering, event materials, signage, and onsite setup/breakdownEnsure all events are well-staged and represent the ICONIQ Homes brandCross-Team Coordination Work closely with Sales Consultants, Marketing Team, and Management to ensure smooth execution of initiativesTrack and organize event feedback, social media engagement, and marketing performanceQualifications Live within 40 minutes of Conroe or Splendora, TXAre detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable with strong organizational skillsHave at least 6+ months of marketing, event planning, or sales support experience (real estate experience a plus)Are comfortable using social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for business marketingEnjoy being hands-on—whether setting up an event, preparing a home for showings, or capturing videos onsiteCommunicate professionally with both clients and team membersAre available to work weekends when events or open houses are scheduledAre bilingual (English/Spanish) – preferred but not requiredWhat We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based bonusesPaid Time Off (PTO)Growth opportunities within a fast-expanding homebuilderHands-on training and mentorship from the Sales & Marketing leadership teamA fun, high-energy work environment where your contributions directly impact success#J-18808-Ljbffr
