Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics
• Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure effectiveness of campaigns
• Manage and maintain company website and social media accounts
• Coordinate and attend trade shows and other marketing events
• Provide support to sales team as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software
• Experience with website management and social media platforms
• Willingness to travel as needed
