This is a hands-on, on-your-feet job. You will spend about half your day outside on the lot in all weather, moving and merchandising vehicles, and the other half inside learning the systems that run a dealership. Cactus Jack's is a fast-growing Buy-Here Pay-Here (BHPH) auto sales and finance company with 18 dealerships across Arizona and Texas and a plan to reach 50 nationwide. We help people get reliable transportation regardless of their credit situation. The Lot Operations Specialist keeps the lot sharp, the inventory ready, and the customer experience seamless. It is also our most direct on-ramp into sales.

A Day In This Role

• Receive incoming inventory and merchandise it so every vehicle is lot-ready
• Move and stage vehicles, and run transfers between dealerships
• Keep the lot and showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready, inside and out
• Prep sold vehicles for customer delivery
• Learn how our sales and finance process works, including BHPH and payment structures
• Pick up our Dealer Management System and CRM as you go (we train, no prior experience needed)
• Jump in wherever the store needs you to keep customers moving
