You'll be on the fast track to furthering your management career, with advancement opportunities at hundreds of our locations nationwide.Work Location965 Aldrin Dr, Eagan, MN 55121Major ResponsibilitiesDevelop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts – including many of the Fortune 500.Manage a large inventory of world‑class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced and dynamic workspace.Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Internship or related work experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.Results oriented, attention to detail and good time‑management skills.Valid driver's license required, with the ability and willingness to drive our Penske vehicles, including a 26‑ft box truck.Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.Position requires driving Penske and customer vehicles and is regulated by the DOT. A current driver qualification file (annual MVR check, DOT physical, safety performance history) must be maintained. CDL holders must pass a drug screening within 30 days of start and are subject to FMCSA clearinghouse review.Willingness to travel as necessary within the district, work required schedules and locations, complete a Penske employment application, submit to background investigation (past employment, education, criminal history), and drug screening.Physical RequirementsRepresentative physical and mental demands include reading, communicating verbally or in written form, remembering and analyzing information, and following instructions.Performing duties may require standing, walking, sitting, using hands to touch, handle, feel, and reach with arms.
