What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Sales Growth
Drive local lead generation – Build partnerships, implement guerrilla marketing, and maximize digital ad performance on search engines and social media.
Act as a business promoter – Network, attend events, and generate buzz for Dogtopia.
Engage & convert leads – Respond quickly to inquiries and turn them into scheduled Meet & Greets.
Showcase the experience – Conduct tours and Meet & Greets, emphasizing the benefits of regular daycare.
Close the deal – Convert Meet & Greets into enrollments while upselling spa treatments and additional services.
Customer Engagement & Retention
Foster a welcoming Dogtopia community – Create fun in-store events, social media engagement, and Dogtopia Foundation fundraising initiatives.
Drive repeat visits & increase customer lifetime value – Build strong parent relationships and enhance their experience with additional services.
Train the front desk team – Ensure staff is fully equipped with best practices for sales and customer service.
Follow up & build loyalty – Communicate consistently with pet parents, ensuring satisfaction and reinforcing the value of Dogtopia enrollments.
Sales & Performance Goals
Hit sales targets – Track conversions from leads to Meet & Greets to enrollments.
Elevate customer satisfaction ratings – Work closely with daycare management to exceed expectations.
Proven sales & customer service experience – You’re a natural at relationship-building and closing deals.
Energetic, goal-driven mindset – You love exceeding targets and finding creative ways to win business.
Strong communication & follow-upskills – You ensure every lead and customer gets white-glove service.
Ability to work flexible hours – Some evenings and weekends required to build awareness and engage within the local community.
