Job Title: Sales Application Engineer - Mid Atlantic

Summary:
Join a respected engineering and manufacturing leader delivering innovative material handling solutions across the Mid-Atlantic. Be part of a collaborative team driving custom-engineered solutions and high-impact sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop engineered solutions and generate accurate, competitive quotations for overhead cranes and hoists
* Manage RFQs from initial inquiry through proposal development and final sale
* Prepare technical proposals including design, cost analysis, vendor coordination, and light 2D drafting
* Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure successful project handoff and execution

Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* 3-5+ years (on-site) or 5+ years (remote) of Sales/Application Engineering or estimating experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience developing technical proposals and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks (2D drafting) and strong mechanical/structural aptitude
* Background in material handling equipment, industrial systems, or motor/control systems
