Compensation Package/Hours:

Monday – Friday (12:00 PM – 9:00PM), Occasional Weekends

Starting Hourly $20.75 + Uncapped Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Makeinbound and outbound calls to qualifypotential customersand confirm appointments withhomeowners.

• Use a proven script to keep conversationsmoving and overcome objections.

• Consistently hit clear and achievable monthly metricsand earn your bonuses!

• Stay sharp on the phone and take clear notes.

• Work within a team and attend regular training and meetingscentered around skill coaching and career development.

Qualifications:

• Clear and Direct Communication Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel is a PLUS
