Sales Arborist (A-Budget)

Sales Arborist | Tree Care Sales Representative A Budget Tree Service is looking for an experienced Sales Arborist to join our team in Central Florida. This role is ideal for an ISA Certified Arborist, Arborist Representative, Tree Care Consultant, or tree care professional who enjoys building client relationships and helping customers make informed decisions about their trees and landscapes.

As a Sales Arborist, you will meet with residential and commercial clients, assess tree health and safety concerns, develop treatment recommendations, and prepare proposals for tree care services. Youll work closely with our operations team to deliver exceptional service while growing your client portfolio. What Youll Do

• Meet with new and existing clients to assess tree and landscape needs
• Recommend tree pruning, tree removal, plant health care, fertilization, cabling, bracing, and pest management services
• Prepare estimates and proposals for residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
• Conduct tree inspections and identify health, safety, and risk concerns
• Partner with operations teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within our CRM What Were Looking For
• Experience in tree care sales, arboriculture, landscaping, forestry, horticulture, or a related field
• ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong knowledge of tree biology, pruning practices, and plant health care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage a sales territory and work independently
