Follow up with accounts on inventory levels order position drop ship details and suggest additional reorders and skus. Assure exceptional service to existing accounts by managing on order and facilitating on time deliveries.Partner Develop strong partnerships and maintain open lines of communication with sales rep to create new ways to drive business. Facilitate immediate resolution of any order problems with the Merchandiser Service Manager Account Director Account Executive customer warehouse or EDI department.Travel Travel to stores andor shoe shows to assist Account Executive as needed with sales meetings set up sample packing note taking and entering all orders.Develop Develop a strong working relationship with the customers providing prompt service addressing all problems and concerns appropriately and suggestive selling on every call.
