What You'll Do

  • Support the sales team with daily administrative and customer service tasks

  • Assist customers by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and providing product information

  • Prepare quotes, estimates, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain customer records and update information within company systems

  • Follow up with customers regarding proposals, project updates, and service inquiries

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects move smoothly from sale to completion

  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support sales growth

  • Assist with showroom organization and presentation to create a positive customer experience

  • Monitor incoming leads and help ensure timely responses to customer inquiries

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related field preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support team goals

  • Flexible schedule, including weekend availability

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
