Sales Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Assistant to support our Sales & Operations team. This role serves as a key link between Sales, Warehouse Operations, Accounting, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with order entry, quotes, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.
• Communicate order status, inventory availability, and delivery updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and inventory information.
• Support invoicing and work with Accounting to resolve order or payment issues.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with special projects.
• Resolve order discrepancies and help ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Customer service or sales support experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution environments is a plus.
