What we are hiring for:
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
Starting Pay Range: $20 to $23 Per Hour
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Sales Director to support and exceed community occupancy and revenue goals.
Manage and maintain a database of prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads through multiple channels, including calls, emails, and events.
Conduct informative and engaging tours for prospective residents, clearly communicating the community’s philosophy and service benefits.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referral opportunities.
Handle sales-related administrative tasks such as managing collateral inventory, entering customer data, and resolving delivery or service issues efficiently.
Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems
