Sales Assistant

Sonju is experiencing growth and we need you! We are in need of motivated high energy people to help initiate contact and set appointments for our sales staff. You will be constantly communicating with potential and existing customers through text, phone, video, messenger, chat and email. The best part is that you are rewarded every step of the way. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers.
- Assist sales staff in scheduling and following up with existing and potential customers.
- Send communications in a variety of ways to current and potential customers
- Use of APPS and various forms of electronic technology
- Seek out and develop customer networks through out the local community

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Familiarity with computers, cell phones and internet based applications
- Aggressive personality with high energy

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day/Evening shift
• 5 day work week
• Saturday shift

Store Hours:

• M-TH 9am-7pm
• F 9am-6pm
• S 9am-5pm
• Closed Sundays

Ability to Commute:

• Two Harbors, MN 55616 (Required)
• Must work in person.
