Job Summary/Description:

WIS-TV is seeking a Sales Assistant to help us meet and exceed our revenue goals. The candidate must be a team player, culture-focused, detail-oriented, professional, and able to regularly work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to) the following:

• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
• Book and manage orders, TV and Digital
• Make PowerPoint presentations for sales staff
• Assist WIS Sales team with a variety of strategic and administrative tasks

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Previous experience supporting local media sales, especially knowledge of Wide Orbit, is a plus.

• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and eager to learn.

• This position requires professional customer service, data entry, and clerical support to the WIS Sales staff with occasional requirements outside of regular business hours.

• The WIS Sales Assistant reports to WIS Sales Management
