NOW HIRING: Key Holders & Sales Associates
Just Horse’n Around is a fun, fast-paced gift and clothing shop located at Broadway at the Beach, in the heart of Myrtle Beach. We’re currently hiring Sales Associates and Key Holders (Shift Leads). We’re excited to grow our team, and would like for you to be a part of that.
Key Holder Responsibilities Include:
- Open and close the store
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Keep the Store Manager informed of all store-related matters
- Perform all Sales Associate responsibilities, including:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Operating the cash register
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
- Processing incoming merchandise
Key Holders should be confident working independently, as well as part of a team, and must have availability for evenings and weekends.
Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Support managers and key holders in daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
- Dependable and hard-working
- Strong team players with a good work ethic
- Availability for nights and weekends preferred
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
- Must be at least 16 years old
Pay rate is dependent on position hired for and previous job experience.
Store Hours
- Current: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily
- Summer season: Extended hours up to 11:00 PM
