• Be the Face of Ziegler's Ace Hardware: Represent our brand positively with every interaction.
• Create a Positive Environment: Possess a friendly, professional, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and other associates.
• Personalized Customer Service: Proactively assist customers with personalized, customized service to make their experience amazing every time.
• Efficient Operations: Assist in receiving, stocking, and pricing of merchandise.
• Maintain Excellence: Assist with daily maintenance of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area are clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
