About the Job Sales Associate

Position Summary: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Manage a portfolio of accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. Utilize sales tools and ERP system to manage customers, track progress, and generate reports. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and production, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: 1-2 years experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the chemical or battery industry. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel spreadsheets), and ERP software preferred.
