About the Job
Sames Ford is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team. This role focuses on guiding customers through the buying process, building strong relationships, and helping them find the vehicle that best meets their needs. The ideal candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and answer product-related questions

• Meet or exceed sales goals as established by management

• Present product features, performance, and benefits to prospective buyers

• Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures for customer identification

• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and customers

• Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity to improve time management and sales performance

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred

• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented, motivated, and team-focused

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
