We're looking for upbeat, motivated team members who love customer service and sales to join our front desk team at: Drybar Missoula (140 E Front St)
Compensation: $15/hr base pay Commission on products, hot tools, and memberships Tips opportunities Average earnings of $16+/hr with commission included

What You'll Do: Welcome guests and create an amazing first impression Book appointments and assist with check-in/check-out Recommend memberships, add-ons, products, and hot tools Help drive sales while creating a fun, seamless guest experience Support the team in achieving salon goals
What We're Looking For: • Friendly, outgoing personality • Strong customer service & communication skills • Confidence with sales and recommending services/products • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Retail, salon, or sales experience preferred
Shift Openings: Tuesday-Friday: 7AM-3PM or 2 PM - 7PM Saturday: 8AM-4PM or 11AM-7PM Sunday: 9AM-4PM
