Sales Associate - Customer Service Representative - Wasilla

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering great retail customer service in-store and over the phone

• Recommending products and solutions that meet customer needs

• Processing sales, operating the POS register, and handling cash transactions

• Assisting with battery installation services for vehicles and devices

• Stocking, merchandising, and supporting daily store operations

• Keeping the store clean, organized, and customer-ready

Pay, Bonuses & Benefits

• Competitive starting pay of $17.00 per hour

Schedule

This is a full-time retail position with shifts scheduled during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Store hours are Monday-Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What We're Looking For

• Retail sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills

• Comfort with technology, POS systems, and learning new products

• Basic math skills and attention to detail

• Experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
