KVH is seeking a Sales Associate who can deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience while driving sales and adoption of our satellite services. As Sales Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, and ensuring customers have a seamless and informative activation experience.
Responsibilities:• Oversee store operations, including but not limited to, store opening, closing, and inventory management (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through deep knowledge of KVH products and services
• Build and implement strategies to grow store traffic, increase sales, and drive product activation
• Monitor store performance through data and analytics, using findings to improve the customer experience and drive sales
• Establish and manage operational procedures that support efficiency, safety, and adherence to company policies
• Work cross-functionally with other KVH teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech Support, etc.) to maximize store performance & help launch our flagship store
• Track store metrics, customer feedback, and operational challenges, reporting findings to leadership on a regular basis
