Sales Associate (Future BD / Sales Manager Track/ No Industry Experience Required)

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-potential Sales Associate to join our client’s U.S. team. This role is designed as a training-to-sales pathway, starting from in-house support and developing into a client-facing Business Development professional.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is eager to grow into a Sales Manager role within 1–2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior BD team members across multiple regions (NJ, Boston, San Diego, etc.)

• Manage order coordination, follow-ups, and internal communications

• Assist in client communication and relationship management

• Gradually transition into in-house BD and client-facing responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

• 1–2 years of work experience preferred

• Strong learning ability and high initiative

• Outgoing personality with interest in sales / BD

• Open to working onsite in New Jersey (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to healthcare, clinical, supply chain, or related industries

• Experience supporting sales, operations, or customer-facing roles
