At Orangetheory, our Sales Associates aren't simply working a front desk.
You are the first impression, the relationship builder, the salesperson, and often the reason someone decides to walk through our doors for the first time.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate, you’ll work alongside studio leadership and our coaching team to create an exceptional experience from someone's first interaction with Orangetheory through becoming a long-term member.
You'll connect with prospective members, learn what brought them to us, introduce them to the Orangetheory experience, and help them find the membership that fits their goals.
Yes, this is a sales position.
But great sales at Orangetheory isn't about being pushy. It's about building relationships, asking the right questions, understanding someone's goals, confidently communicating our value, and consistently following up.

- Is comfortable selling and working toward goals
- Brings positive energy into the studio
- Is confident communicating by phone, text, and in person
- Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and follow up with a lead
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Is organized and follows through on commitments
- Handles feedback well and wants to improve
- Is dependable and understands that your team is counting on you
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Can balance sales, customer service, and operational responsibilities
- Wants to contribute to the growth of a business and community
You don't necessarily need years of fitness-industry experience.
We can teach Orangetheory. We’re looking for the personality, work ethic, confidence, and drive.
What You'll Do
Sales & Lead Follow-Up
- Connect with prospective members by phone, text, and in person
- Respond to new leads and inquiries with urgency
- Book prospective members into their first Orangetheory workout
- Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory experience
- Guide prospective members through their first visit alongside our coaching team
- Present membership options and confidently ask for the sale
- Consistently follow up with leads, missed guests, and prospective members
- Work toward individual and studio sales goals
Member Experience
- Greet every person who enters the studio with energy and enthusiasm
- Build genuine relationships with our members
- Answer questions about memberships, classes, challenges, and studio events
- Help resolve member concerns professionally and positively
- Celebrate milestones and help create the community that makes Orangetheory different
Studio Operations
- Answer phones, texts, and member inquiries
- Maintain accurate member and prospect information in studio systems
- Assist with membership and account needs
- Support daily opening and closing responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
- Work closely with coaches and leadership to keep studio operations running smoothly
Community & Growth
- Participate in local marketing and community outreach
- Help create excitement around studio events, challenges, and promotions
- Build relationships with neighboring businesses and organizations
- Represent Orangetheory professionally both inside and outside the studio
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer-service experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence speaking with people in person and over the phone
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems
- Willing and able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
