Qualifications & Requirements
• High School Diploma required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities
• Self-motivated with initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain bid information to support quoting and sales activities
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teammates to ensure accurate project information sharing
• Follow up with customers to gather market intelligence for future projects
• Assist with project estimating and pricing activities
• Support sales team efforts in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Participate in business development efforts with steel fabricators, architects, engineers, and construction professionals
• Deliver responsive, informative, and professional customer service
• Uphold company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
• Contribute positively to company culture and team success
